Allen Robinson is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate veteran with over 20 years of experience spanning financial services, ranch management, and real estate. As co-founder of The Ranch Advisors Group, he brings a strategic approach to land and ranch investments, combining expertise in financial planning, tax strategies, and business operations.

Allen’s career began in 2004 as a summer intern with Northwestern Mutual, followed by a role as an independent investment advisor in Kansas City. He later served as a financial advisor for military families worldwide, gaining a deep understanding of financial planning across diverse economic landscapes.

For over a decade, Allen owned and operated a ranch management and consulting firm in Texas, where he provided financial planning, tax strategies, business development, and active land management solutions for ranch owners statewide. Today, he owns and leads R-Bar Realty, a full-service brokerage based in Harper, Texas, recognized as an industry leader in ranch and land sales.

Originally from Spring Hill, Kansas, Allen earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning with a minor in Economics from Kansas State University and later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker University. His passion for leadership, business efficiency, and strategic growth drives his commitment to helping landowners maximize their investments and operational success.
