With a lifelong passion for ranching and wildlife, Will Latham brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in livestock management, feed yard operations, and commercial hunting. Having grown up on ranches across Texas and Colorado, he developed a deep understanding of land stewardship, animal husbandry, and operational efficiency.

Will has managed cow-calf operations in Colorado and served as the operations manager for a 12,000-head feed yard in central Kansas. Additionally, he oversaw a 7,000-acre commercial hunting ranch in the Texas Hill Country, where he refined best practices in land management, habitat improvement, and guest experience.

In 2015, Will completed the Texas Christian University Ranch Management Program, where he focused on comprehensive ranching and wildlife strategies. Today, he plays a key role in The Ranch Advisors Group, assisting landowners with management practices, lease negotiations, wildlife habitat enhancement, grazing strategies, and land improvement plans.
